Each of our accessible guest rooms and suites is equipped with an emergency visual fire/smoke alarm.

Elevators

Elevators service all guest rooms in the Main Hotel and Atlantic View Building.  Access is by stairs only in the Oceanside & Portside Buildings and the Willows Mansion.

Atlantic View Building

Three (3) rooms (4108, 4208, 4408) and one (1) suite (4301) are fully ADA accessible.  One (1) room (4408) has a roll-in shower.

Main Hotel

One (1) room (7207) is fully ADA accessible.

Portside Building

Six (6) ground level rooms (6201-6206) are fully ADA accessible.

Additional Features Available

In addition to standard accessible features, the following communication features are available by request:

• TTY telephone
• Indicator light, lamp flash and/or bed shaker for door, phone and/or alarm clock

The following mobility features are available by request:

• Guest room near elevator
• Toilet seat riser
• Transfer tub seat
• Wheelchair

Accessible routes to key areas of the hotel include:

• Accessible self-parking, located in front of the Main Hotel, Atlantic View and Portside Buildings
• Wheelchair/mobility device accessible Registration desk located in the Main Hotel lobby.
• Wheelchair/mobility device accessible Cadillac Café breakfast restaurant located on the lower level in the Main Hotel.
